TBS Group is a family-owned company based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, UK. Made up of different silos, TBS Polycarbonates specializing in the supply of plastic sheet materials, roof glazing systems and building products. Established in 1993, the company has over 130 combined years of experience serving various industries, including construction, glazing, cladding, and signage and is known for its commitment to quality, quick and friendly service, and in-depth industry knowledge. In addition to their traditional offering, TBS Polycarbonates has a dedicated division, TBS Custodial and Cell Security, which specializes in security, safety and contract supply chain into the custodial and detention industry.
TBS Group is a forward-thinking distributor and manufacturer committed to reducing its carbon footprint while improving operational efficiency. In partnership with Butterfly, a digital solar specialist, they installed a 50 kWp rooftop solar PV system to cut energy costs and boost energy independence and monitor. At the heart of the site, a live digital display in the reception area showcases real-time solar performance. It keeps staff, and visitors informed and inspired turning energy into an engaging, shared story of impact with the digital Solarfox monitoring display, which monitors the renewable performance.
